I am a lifetime dancer, majoring in dance in college and continuing my studies in New York. I danced professionally in New York for 21 years where I was the member of several prestigious dance companies, as well as performing full time as a solo artist, and teaching. Upon moving to Tucson, I established my studio where I now teach. I am also a costume designer and am currently making both Middle Eastern costumes and costumes for ballroom. Obviously I am passionate about Middle Eastern Dance in all it's ramifications, and I am dedicated to preserving the dance authentically. I was lucky to learn from the best dancers and I have a thorough knowledge of the nuances of this dance form. I love passing that knowledge on to a new generation.
