TMY 2010 launches a new contest to promote and reward creative, innovative food preparation and décor of booths in the following categories:
Hottest Dish Contest! Participant Food Vendors will submit their hottest spiciest dish - who will be the hottest? come find out! Samples for the daring only!
Food Booth Contest Catagories:
- Best Presentation of Traditional foods
- Healthy Choices Award (for healthy ingredients, cooking techniques)
- Best Cultural Heritage Display
- Green Award – best recycling practices
- Excellence in Design/Innovation (with attention to consumer safety/health)
- Founders Award – Best Overall Booth
- Audience Favorite – Voted on by festival attendees, announced on Sunday Oct 10 - pick up your ballot at a Welcome Booth and make your choice!
